VISIO
KERAjet's artificial-vision system for automatic adjustment and product control, prepared to install at the line entry and exit in two modules: Visio IC and Visio QC.
Advantages
Visio IC — detection and centring
Identifies each piece's relief or texture and calculates its position and angle on the belt, so the machine loads the right design and adjusts the print before printing.
Visio QC — inspection and adjustment
Unattended visual inspection at the exit, with an automatic response to defects, plus vision-based machine adjustment outside production.
Automatic response to defects
Depending on the severity of the defect detected, it triggers a breaker, a separator, stops the belt or sounds the alarm.
Installable on existing machines
An upgrade added to the line without replacing your current equipment.

Choose your configuration
Relief and texture detector
Identifies each tile's relief or texture against a predefined pattern and tells the machine to load the matching design before printing. No limit to the number of reliefs or textures recognised.
Piece centring
Calculates each piece's displacement and rotation angle relative to the camera centre and adjusts the design being printed. Can't run at the same time as the relief detector, since each function needs a different lighting setup.
Vision-based machine adjustment
Outside production, automatically adjusts print delays, overlaps and tones, head by head, using a dedicated test for each adjustment.
Visual inspection
Detects imperfections on the piece — drops, banding, breakage — and, depending on severity, can trigger a breaker, a separator, stop the belt or sound the alarm.
